Why I created this

Welcome to my website, everyone! This webpage is for my Communications Capstone class. I chose to write on mental health versus social media since I have a strong interest in the subject. Since I chose to major in communications, I too enjoy utilizing social media, but I believe we should be mindful of its drawbacks. The global mental health epidemic is growing along with social media. I want to educate others and raise awareness about the mental health epidemic using this page. It's time to stop stigmatizing mental health and to be honest about how we feel.
